2024 marks a new milestone in Ubiqconn Technology's journey toward sustainable development. This year, we not only successfully became a listed company but also demonstrated our commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles through concrete actions. Across multiple dimensions, we achieved important milestones that have added substance to our vision for sustainability:

1. Environmental Sustainability

Green Power Usage Increased: We significantly raised our use of renewable electricity by more than 14.05%, reflecting our support for clean energy. ISO 14064 Certification: Achieved certification under the international standard for greenhouse gas emissions accounting, enhancing both carbon management and disclosure transparency. Sustainable Aviation Fuel: Expanded the use of sustainable fuel, successfully reducing carbon emissions by 3.53 tCO₂e, steadily advancing toward carbon neutrality.

2. A Happy and Inclusive Workplace

Family Day: In 2024, we held our first Family Day, inviting employees and their families to explore diverse countries and cultures through engaging activities—bringing warmth and inclusivity into our corporate culture.

3. Corporate Governance

Cybersecurity Strengthening: Under the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, we further reinforced our cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring robust data protection and operational continuity.

These achievements were made possible through the dedication and teamwork of every employee. Building on this foundation, we will continue to embrace challenges and seize opportunities—working together to create a greener, safer, and more inclusive future. Message from the CEO

At Ubiqconn Technology, we are embedding sustainability deeply into our DNA by advancing corporate governance, environmental responsibility, and social inclusion. In 2024, we established internal procedures for sustainability information management, and the preparation and assurance of our sustainability report. We enhanced internal controls, completed ISO 14064-1 verification, increased the use of green electricity, and initiated TCFD-based climate risk assessment. We also hosted our first Family Day—highlighting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as part of our evolving workplace culture.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are focused on three key priorities:

Climate Action: Expand the scope of our GHG inventory and initiate Science-Based Targets (SBTi) to align with global decarbonization goals. Cybersecurity: Strengthen the resilience of our IT infrastructure to ensure secure, stable operations. We are implementing an internationally recognized management framework based on ISO 27001 to reinforce both current and forward-looking information security strategies. Occupational Health & Safety: Optimize ISO 45001 risk management, improve on-site safety conditions, and expand Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) with new health consultation services. Ubiqconn will continue to deliver on its sustainability commitments through tangible actions—advancing toward a fully integrated, company-wide sustainable operation.
