In celebration of the lunar New Year holidays from Feb 10 to Feb 16, Ubiqconn recommends all customers postpone their RMA delivery schedule to after Feb 17.
Lunar New Year is a widely celebrated traditional festival in Taiwan that transport of commodities is expected to overwhelm the local transport capacity. Due to the uncertainty of cargo arrival time, we urge all of our customers to delay their RMA schedule to after Feb 17 when our office resumes operations from the holidays.
Please pay attention to the following temporary RMA policies:
-
We will stop all RMA services including RMA ticket application from Feb 4, where such service halt is applicable to both service centers in Taiwan and Europe and will resume such service on Feb 17.
-
Any RMA ticket applied before Feb 4 remains valid and will still be processed by the service centers in Taiwan and Europe, and so will the RMA items delivered to the two service centers before Feb 5 be processed as well.
-
We will reopen RMA ticket application and RMA item reception on Feb 17 when our service centers resume operations.
-
Please apply your RMA services after Feb 17 should you have any such demands.
-
If there is any urgent demands from customers, our service centers will still strive to process them at our best.
